PROGRAMS & SPEAKING

Leadership development built around where your organization is going.

You have leaders at every level, from first-year managers to senior executives, and you need them working on the challenges in front of them now. We design and facilitate the sessions that get them there: leadership programs, workshops, offsites, summits, and keynotes.

Every engagement starts with your goals. We learn where the organization is headed, build the sessions around it, and send your leaders back with tools they can put to work right away.

What We Deliver:

Leadership Programs. A series of sessions for a cohort of leaders over several months, with practice between sessions.

Workshops and Offsites. Half-day or full-day sessions, on-site or virtual, for groups of up to 25.

Keynotes. Talks on paradox, teams, and change that give a large audience something to use the next day.

Who It's For:

HR and learning leaders, CEOs, and event organizers who need their leaders working on the same challenges, whether that is a management team, a full leadership cohort, or a conference audience.

True Leadership Transformation Stories

“Mike helped make our Summit the best off-site we’ve ever had. He designed and facilitated the leadership sessions at our 2026 Summit. The range in that room was wide, from people in their first year to retired general officers, and he engaged all of them. He took the time to learn about our challenges and focused the training around where our organization is going rather than delivering a stock curriculum. Our leaders left with tools they were using the following week.”

Kathy Roth-Douquet, CEO, Blue Star Families

“Mike has led multiple Resilient Teams workshops for matrixed and senior leadership teams, and teams come back to him for follow-up sessions. He builds trust quickly with senior, highly technical groups, keeps the conversation relaxed and focused, and gets teams to agree on the few priorities that matter most. He also sees patterns across teams: Mike helped us turn team-level results into enterprise insights that we presented to our senior HR leadership. Mike is a top-tier facilitator and an expert in team dynamics.”

Elizabeth McLean, Head of Talent, Global Biotech Company

“Mike Sweeney delivered an outstanding leadership workshop for our team at RPAC, LLC that was both highly engaging and immediately applicable to our business... Our team walked away aligned, energized, and committed to applying what we learned to better serve our growers and customers.”
