Regular Coaching Calls:
Two 45-minute one-on-one calls per month (or four 25-minute calls) to maintain momentum and accountability.
Preparation:
Brief pre-call prep forms before each session to help you reflect, set priorities, and make the most of our time together.
Ongoing Support:
Unlimited email and text access for feedback, quick check-ins, and Q&A between sessions – so you’re never stuck waiting for the next call to get help or celebrate a win.
