Something New...

SOMETHING IS SPROUTING OUT OF THIS MESS!

OK, people. I’m starting to wake up. 4+ months of hibernation and now it’s time to get back to business. I’ve been working on putting different pieces of the work I do together - coaching, leadership development, and digital learning. I figured now is as good a time as any.

I’ll be honest - I’ve been learning about leadership for a long, long time now. I feel like there are a few areas I’ve mastered, but a lot where I am still learning. I’ve been thinking a lot about how people learn to lead. It seems like there are 5 buckets:

  1. On the job - experiential learning often driven by good/bad bosses

  2. Courses - EQ, Situational Leadership, Delegation, and all the rest

  3. Self-development - reading, asking questions, observing, etc.

  4. Coaching - investing in formal coaching or mentoring

  5. Other groups - sports, religion, volunteer work, etc.

LOOKING FOR AN EDGE?

I just put the finishing touches on a new course. It’s focused on developing high performing teams. If you are looking for better results, a positive team experience, more engaged employees, and a whole lot of learning & growth, then maybe you should check it out.

I absolutely love leadership development and I had a blast making the course. If you are working your butt off on something and you catch yourself giggling, maybe it’s what you were meant to do. I distilled a ton of information into short introductory videos coupled with tools and templates you can use right away. I’m loving the feedback I’ve gotten so far. And it keeps getting better. I’ve priced it so it’s approachable no matter your budget. I just want more people to experience great leaders. Isn’t that what you want to be?

Maybe some good will come of all this. Hope you are doing well.
